TRAINING SCHEDULE

  • 1st year rowing students are expected to train 5 times per week, including Saturdays, sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long.

  • 2nd year rowing students will be expected to train 6 times per week, including Saturdays, sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long.

  • Training times to be established based on numbers of students, proximity and commencement of school hours.

  • Regattas competitions take place on the weekends.

  • There will be summer camps available during school holidays with additional cross-training elements added. Other cross-training specialists will be present.

COST

  • Currently VK Slavia student membership is 5500 CZK annually

  • Monthly USPR program training fee of 3950 CZK

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
  • Costs of coaching and providing specialists

  • Additional efforts outside of students training hours (preparation and program construction, liaison and communication with stakeholder groups)

  • We will set 20% aside to support financially challenged exceptionally talented students.

ADDITIONAL COST

  • Summer training camps, costs to be detailed on a case-by-case basis depending on numbers, location or logistics.
