TRAINING SCHEDULE

1st year rowing students are expected to train 5 times per week, including Saturdays, sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long.

2nd year rowing students will be expected to train 6 times per week, including Saturdays, sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long.

Training times to be established based on numbers of students, proximity and commencement of school hours.

Regattas competitions take place on the weekends.

There will be summer camps available during school holidays with additional cross-training elements added. Other cross-training specialists will be present.
COST

Currently VK Slavia student membership is 5500 CZK annually

Monthly USPR program training fee of 3950 CZK
WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Costs of coaching and providing specialists

Additional efforts outside of students training hours (preparation and program construction, liaison and communication with stakeholder groups)

We will set 20% aside to support financially challenged exceptionally talented students.
